Utagawa Toyokuni(歌川 豊国)
歌川豊国は、江戸時代後期の浮世絵師であり、歌川派を代表する巨匠の一人です。役者絵を得意とし、その洗練された美人画と力強い表現で、江戸の演劇界を華やかに彩りました。彼の作品は、役者の個性を巧みに捉え、舞台の臨場感を伝えるだけでなく、浮世絵の芸術性を高めたことでも評価されています。
歌川豊国 経歴
- 1769年、江戸（現在の東京）に生まれる
- 1786年、歌川豊春に入門
- 1790年代、役者絵で人気を博す
- 1800年代、美人画や風景画にも取り組む
- 1825年、死去（享年56歳）
