Alfred William Finch (1854-1930) was a Neo-Impressionist artist born in Brussels, Belgium to English parents. His work utilized a color palette and pointillist technique in common with other key figures in the Neo-Impressionist movement, including Paul Signac, Camille Pissarro, and Georges Seurat .
