Niels Larsen Stevens (1864-1941) was a Danish painter known for his Christian art and watercolor landscapes. A deeply religious man, many of Stevens' frescoes depict scenes from the Bible, bringing his faith to life through his art.

- Born July 9, 1864, in Zealand , Denmark .
- He trained as a painter and studied at the Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts.
- From 1905 he exhibited his works as a member of the Danish Free Exhibition (Den Frie Udstilling).
- In 1933 he was awarded the Thorvaldsen Medal.
- He died in Frederiksberg on September 27, 1941 (aged 77).
