William Saville-Kent Biography

• Born July 30, 1845 in Sidmouth, England.
• He is a marine biologist, author and photographer.
• From 1874 to 1876 he was curator of the Australian Museum.
• In 1893, he published "The Great Barrier Reef of Australia."
• He died in Bristol on October 11, 1908 (aged 63).
