George Walker Biography
- Born in 1781 in Leeds, Yorkshire , England .
- Active as a painter and writer.
- He was interested in the scenery and customs of Yorkshire, and left behind many works.
- In 1814, he published Yorkshire Costume.
- He died in 1856 (aged 75).
