The Art of Tiziano Vecellio
Titian's art is most notable for its rich use of color . He made full use of vivid colors, including the deep red known as " Venetian red ," to bring a sense of vitality and rich emotion to his paintings. He also further developed the oil painting technique he inherited from his teacher, Giovanni Bellini, and used free and bold brushstrokes to realistically express the texture and movement of his subjects. In particular, in his portraits, he was highly praised for his success in depicting not only the model's appearance, but also their inner thoughts and social status. In his later years, he established his own unique style of painting, characterized by rough brushstrokes and a deep spirituality.
